there's this elective tat i'm taking this sem, biophysical env of singapore and the veh first part of the notes caught my attention:
age of earth is 4.5billion years and we take it all as 1year. so,
-oldest known rocks from mid march
-living things first appeared in sea in may
-land plants and animals emerged in late november
-dinosaurs:dominant in mid dec and disappeared on 26th
-manlike creatures: appeared during evening of 31st
-most recent continental ice sheets: receded from great lakes area & norther europe about 1min 15sec before midnight 31st
-rome ruled western world: 11:59:45 to 11:59:50
-columbus discovered america: 3sec before midnight
haha but from the looks of the rest of the notes, its pure mugging. really PURE.
