welcome

hello (:

quote

“But if you ever bring her back damaged again — and I don’t care whose fault it is; I don’t care if she merely trips, or if a meteor falls out of the sky and hits her in the head — if you return her to me in less than the perfect condition that I left her in, you will be running with three legs. Do you understand that, mongrel?”
something more realistic about my profession

interviewed a pharmacist today, mr yap from parkway health. nice man, and haha he did told us quite a fair bit during the interview. at least he's a happy man now with a balanced work and family life. although he openly declared that the pay sux HAHAHA but well it's a good profession still because we are helping to treat people. if helping people is your ultimate goal and if u dun mind the pay, it's quite a nice profession. not to say pharmacists cant earn big bux, but of course alongside with it are all the sacrifices u have to make. no pain no gain(: and jus to quote him," get a life!" haha life's not about books. when u face the working world in future, basically your books stuff cant take u far. Straight As students may be book-smart, but they may not be people-smart. similarly, avg students may not have fantastic grades but if they have good interpersonal skills, they can still achieve well. and ALWAYS be as knowledgable as doctors, if not even more so that u dun get looked down on haha. all in all, carve your own niche, there's definitely something out there that is your calling.

and i had a great time at kbox. super funny super crazy(: i felt like i jus ran 2.4km! i hope everyone had a great time! after all its the hols(:

and i miss you.
