there are enough two faced people in this world, you don't really need to add one more to that never ending list. i'm not saying that people can't express their displeasure to others besides the one intended. but maybe you can try not to be too nice to the intended person to begin with? just so that they don't find your other side of the story too hard to digest when words eventually reach their ears.
